The lawfulness of processing – according to art.6 par.1 letter b of the EU Regulation 679/2016 – General Data Protection Regulatio – is the public interest of the Company in its capacity as public Body to carry out institutional activities in order to promote the unitary image of Liguria’s tourist offer.
The impact for data subjects visiting the website is modest since the temporary acquisition of the IP address allows to identify the data subject only by combining it with other information, with a very low probability for natural persons.
